How do I sign my child up for competition?
Our competition intensive is required to join the competition team. The intensive is our audition process. It is August 14-25th, 2023. You can register for the intensive through our "online registration" tab. Create a profile for your child and then select the intensive.
When do classes start?
Recreational classes start September 5, 2023. If interested in competition, the intensive begins August 14, 2023.
Do we need to come by open house in order to register for classes?
No, you do not need to attend open house to register for classes. All registration, paperwork, and payments are completed online. Staff will be at open house to answer questions directly you might have.
What is the class description of 6-9 year old Jazz/Acro?
The class will be split between Jazz and Acro/Gymnastics. Dancers will work on flexibility, Strength, Progressions, Conditioning, Leaps, Turns and bi-weekly combinations.
Can we schedule a tour?
We have open houses scheduled throughout the month of August for parents to come see our studios. We highly encourage you to attend one those open houses to take your tour. After the season begins, classes are in progress and we will not have a lot of opportunities to give tours.
Do parents get to watch class?
We do not allow parents to sit in on classes. We do this so we can have dancers undivided attention. Teachers are there to assist dancers in shoe changes, water breaks, bathroom runs, etc. However there are windows that you are able to see class. We also have parent observation twice a season. Parents are invited to come sit on on those specific observation days to see what dancers have been working on.
What's the youngest age to begin classes?
Dancers MUST be potty trained to begin taking dance classes.
What's the monthly cost for competition for the upcoming season?
Our competition program ranges from $95-$135 per month.
